This Cookie Policy is part of, and incorporated into, the Investreak Privacy Policy. It explains how Investreak and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies (collectively, "cookies") on the Investreak website and app.
Cookies are small text files or similar identifiers (including local storage and mobile device identifiers) placed on your device when you use our Service. They let us recognize your device across visits, remember settings, and understand how the Service is used.

Server-side event transfers. A subscription payment happens outside the browser: the charge arrives from the payment provider after checkout. Subscription and payment events are therefore sent to Google Analytics 4 and Meta from our server rather than from your browser. What is sent: the event name and its parameters (plan, billing period, amount, currency, discount), your identifier in our system, and technical browser identifiers captured at checkout; for Meta, your email address and user identifier are transmitted only as an irreversible hash (SHA-256). These transfers are governed by the same consent as cookies: if you decline the analytics or marketing category, the corresponding events are not sent.
EU/UK visitors. Non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing/advertising) are only set after you give affirmative opt-in consent through our cookie banner. Essential cookies do not require consent because they are necessary to provide the Service you requested. You can withdraw consent at any time via cookie banner, which will stop future non-essential cookies but does not retroactively delete data already collected — see the Privacy Policy for deletion rights.
US visitors. We do not sell personal information for money and we do not display third-party advertising on the site. Sending event data to advertising platforms to measure the results of our campaigns may fall within the definitions of a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state laws; declining the marketing category in the cookie banner is an opt-out of that transfer. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
Kazakhstan and other visitors. We apply a single consent standard to all users, regardless of country: non-essential cookies are set only after your affirmative consent, and we do not operate a lighter regime for countries without cookie-specific legislation. In the Republic of Kazakhstan, processing of personal data is governed by the Law "On Personal Data and its Protection".
Some cookies are set by third parties who provide services to us (e.g., analytics, payment processing fraud checks). These third parties' use of cookies is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. See the subprocessor list referenced in the Privacy Policy.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when we add or remove a vendor. We will post the updated policy with a new "Last updated" date.
